Badeinmo Dynasty to Hold lnaugural Meeting December 22nd, in Warri

Warri ______ The great Badeinmo Dynasty Ayakoromo, one of the biggest dynasties in ljaw nation South-South Nigeria will hold her inaugural meeting on Friday December 22nd, 2023 in Warri, Delta State.

In a statement released on Tuesday by the Chairman Planning Committee, Engr. Henry Yeigagha noted that the meeting shall hold at the residence of Rtd Wing. Cdr. P.Y. Biakpara, the street opposite Okorodudu junction, near Airport junction along Effurun Warri Sapele road, Uvie LGA, Delta State.

According to the Chairman, said the Great Badeinmo Dynasty inaugural Family Meeting would be Embracing 7 Generations, amongst whom are,  The Agias', Ondukus',  Ogborobos' ; Kebus' ; Eyorowares, Asu Ekiye, Prof. I.k. Belemu of blessed memory.; Late Chief Thomas Omette Onduku (J.P.); Late Prince Isaac Caution Preboye; Hon. Okpanbeni Johnny; Hon. Wing Comdr. P.Y. Biakpara rtd; The Tuedons, Prof. Binebai, Rev. Fr. Mathaias Efiri Selemobiri MSP.; High Chief Mike Loyibo etc. 
He stressed that attendance of the maiden meeting is mandatory by all sons and daughters of the great Badeinmo Dynasty  both home and abroad as well as inlaws.

Engr. Yeigagha stated that Introduction of dignitaries, Identification of Badeinmo family units, setting up of Badeinmo Historical/ Badeinmo Diaspora Committee tops the agenda of the day.

Other activities lined up for the day is the presentation of Brief History of the family by Hon (Chief) Okpanbeni Johnny, Hon. Paul Kurugbe and others.

He further stressed that other committee would be set up to plan ahead for Badeinmo cannival 2024. 

The statement added that by this notice, the entire lineanage of Badeinmo Dynasty Ayakoromo, Tuomo, Tamigbe, Torugbene, Izon Burutu, Aghoro, Endoro, Okoloba, Okpokunou etc are hereby honourably invited to attend the all important inaugural meeting in order to unite and indentify with their relatives to know the root of their family existence.

Meanwhile, it will interest the public to note that the Great Badeinmo Dynasty Ayakoromo is the family of the foremost ljaw language progenitor, late Chief. T.O. Onduku, the Tuedon's, Kurugbe's of Ayakoromo, the great Asu's/Okpabeni Johnny's of Tuomo, the Biakpara's of Tamigbe, the I.K. Belemo/June's family of Torugbene, the great Binebai family of Burutu, the Preboye's family among others too numerous to mention.

Warri _____ ljaw Publishers Forum, IPF on Tuesday December 19, 2023 elected the Publisher of Congress Newspaper, Comrade Ozobo Austin and the CEO Niger Delta Mirror Ndm, Mr. Charlse Oyinbi Onduku as President and Vice President in the just concluded election of the Forum.
 
The duo was returned unopposed as the ELECO Chairman, Pastor Arex Akemotubo declared the result at about 4PM having addressed the various contestants at TM Hotel, Warri.
Others who emerged in the new EXCO include; Magbei Tare Philip, secretary, Mingo Friday saya, treasurer,  ThankGod Mike Ugedi, Financial Secretary and Ezekiel Kagbala, Public Relations Officer (P.R.O) respectively.

The election which was held in TM hotel, Warri Delta State at 3pm was adjudged to be peaceful, free, fair and credible.

The president in his acceptance speech thanked the almighty God for the peaceful conduct of the election. He further appreciated the electoral committee led by Pastor Arex Akemeotubo, the CEO of Waffi TV for standing by their earlier promise of conducting free, fair and credible election.

While speaking further, Ozobo promised to leave a legacy behind after his two years tenure of office, adding that every organ of the body would be accorded with utmost respect.
He further assured his Exco members and others that he would pilot the affairs of the body with the fear of God, stressing that he would run open door policy, with accountability, transparency and integrity.

Ozobo, however, called for synergy between stakeholders, leaders, government at all levels and multinational oil companies and others to continue to promote peace, security and development of the Niger Delta region.
