Fear, Insecurity Rules Buhari's Government, Says Basil Okoh

Fear, Insecurity Rules Buhari's Government, Says Basil Okoh

Francis Tayor

Fear and a deep sense of insecurity is driving the pronouncements and actions of the Muhammadu Buhari Government.

It is becoming increasingly amazing how arbitrarily key personnel and spokesmen of Government respond to these fears that keen observers interpret to arise from a perceived feeling of illegitimacy. This inner sense of insecurity and fear ruling the Givernment is believed to be obviously linked to the emerging truths emanating from the electoral tribunal.

Muhammadu Buhari's much vaunted integrity has been taken to the cleaners and the dirt and stench has polluted the entire nation. Does anyone know of any world leader whose educational certificates has been so shamelessly assailed as Muhammadu Buhari's WASCE certificate?

We all know that the former president of South Africa Jacob Zuma never had a formal education but he didn’t present forged certificates to the electorate of South Africa to prove his worthiness. He presented himself as a self educated man and he won on his integrity and remarkably proved himself afterwards.

Does anyone know of any other public officer anywhere but Nigeria who would remain in public office after all the bludgeoning of his integrity on the forged certificates saga as Buhari has received?

Arising from all these, Buhari's Government no longer has the confidence and self assurance to take bold actions needed to rule a progressive nation, no matter what bold front they present to the public. Government is now ruled by fear and self doubt.

This pervading fear is arising from a deep sense of unpopularity, infamy and insecurity which leads to an enveloping sense of vulnerability. It is this feeling of vulnerability and insecurity that is guiding the Government’s every action and responses to perceived threats.

There is now the pervasive feeling that Buhari didn’t have the basic qualification to stand for President and didn’t win the presidency through a fair ballot. The key personnel in his Government know it and are ashamed of the loss of the high ground once associated with Buhari's integrity. They are also afraid of possible consequences and fallouts from a pre-bended ballot.

Anyone watching the management of the recent Shia uprising will be surprised at the speed Government compromised the leaders of the Shia Movement and promptly agreed to court ruling granting the application  of the Shia leader el Zakhzaky an overseas treatment for wounds sustained in the attack on his home since 2015. Government had refused him the same request for four years.

This for a man who has been under detention, granted bail by the courts numerous times but refused freedom by Government for all of four years. The rallies and solidarity actions across the world, London, Canada, Australia, Iran, United States, even Syria and Palestine for the Shia in Nigeria has shown that el Zakhzaky and the Shia in Nigeria are no longer walking alone. And Buhari is afraid.

It is therefore obvious that Government panicked and just acted out fear of the looming uprising and possible mayhem and damage that the Shia would cause in the entire North and the damaging support it will garner across the world.

In the same week, word came from the Army high command of the conviction by a military court of 54 SOLDIERS for the offence of “cowardice” and disobedience of a valid order to “engage the enemy” (in this case BOKO HARAM).  The penalty for all as spelt out by the report will be death by execution.

You wonder which other army in the world will choose to execute by firing squad,  three platoons of it’s own soldiers for the offence of cowardice, without asking questions of itself. This is happening in an army where soldiers and officers in videos and reports complain bitterly of a sorry lack of weapons and ammo to engage the enemy, where in Metele in 2018, more than 100 soldiers were reportedly killed in a single attack by a rag tag force.

How will other soldiers seeing their own comrades-in-arms die by firing squad be motivated to continue the fight against the enemy?

Still in the same week, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), one of the world’s most respected newspapers, never given to sensationalism, reported that the Nigerian Army was keeping a Cemetry near Maiduguri where it secretly, at night, bury over a thousand soldiers killed in the War in the North East. Soldiers whose deaths are never reported or recorded. People have gone ahead to speculate that these unreported deaths are of soldiers of a certain faith and from a certain part of the country. The army has made a denial of this grim report.

Fear is also ruling the actions of Government as it contemplates and take unsure steps on Cattle Colonies, RUGA, River Banks or in whatever names they come. Government is tentative and fearful of the political and security consequences of it’s actions. Government withdraws its propositions when it faces opposition and goes back to find another name, another cover for it’s diabolic call.

A Government ruled by fear can never achieve and is eventually taken hostage by it's principal officers to feed their greed. These officers play on the fear of the principal and manipulate him to  grab more power and money for themselves. Remember al-Mustapha and General Sanni Abacha? At a time, Abacha became a prisoner to Mustapha and was quarantined and rendered completely out of reach and out of relevance in Aso Villa. And so he had to keep himself busy with Indian Prostitutes.

Anytime you see Governments detaining and jailing people arbitrarily, it is acting out of fear. Fear of the consequences of the illegalities it commits. Fear of the people’s challenge to its unpopularity. Fear. Fear. Fear. Insecure Governments grow into dictatorships and dictators are the most insecure leaders.

The illiteracy and lack of competence of key Government personnel, operators and drivers results in incoherence and bad policies, lack of planning, knee jerk implementation of badly formulated policies, grandstanding, and stupendous costs attached to governance.

The Goodluck Jonathan Government stared down and lived through the November 2014 , “revolution” conducted in Ojota Park and Abuja without arresting a straggling SOWORE, Tinubu, Soyinka, Pat Utomi or Nasir El Rufa'I who were all jostling for space and prominence with Muhammadu Buhari during the “Ojota Park Revolution”.

The revolution was to become the biggest political con game that brought Muhammadu Buhari to power. Now his fellow conspirators and “co-revolutionaries” have become enemies and big threats to his regime of forgeries, fear and incompetence. It is true after all that “revolutions have a way of eating up their own kind”, a la Stalin eating up Trotsky.

2019 Looming Flood : Environmental Rights Activist Mulade Urges Gov.Okowa To Provide IDP Centres For Flood Victims

2019 Looming Flood : Environmental Rights Activist Mulade Urges Gov.Okowa To Provide IDP Centres For Flood Victims

...Says Delta State Govt Should Prioritize Citizens Welfare, Rather Than Politicising Issues Affecting People's Lives

Francis Tayor

Warri------ A Niger Delta human rights cum environmental activist, Comrade Sheriff Mulade has urged Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State to provide well equipped centres for displaced flood victims across the 17 identified flood prone Local Government Areas of the State.

Comrade Mulade gave the charge in Warri while reacting to the Delta State Government's advice asking those living in flood prone areas to relocate to higher grounds. He stressed the need for relevant authorities to make adequate provisions to cater for flood victims who may suffer from flood-related diseases and stress due to displacement.

Comrade Mulade, who is the National Coordinator of the Centre for Peace and Environmental Justice, CEPEJ, advised the Delta State Government to consult with those who have cognate experience and relevant skills on how to build structures to accommodate flood victims, as well as give welfare support in order to avert crisis in the State.

He appealed to Governor Okowa to ensure that his team consults with experts and come up with immediate palliatives awaiting the flood predicted by the Nigerian Hydrological Services Agency, NIHSA. The agency had earlier predicted heavy rains, as well as flood that will flow from other countries into Nigeria in September this year.

The CEPEJ Coordinator advised the Delta State Government to prioritize citizens welfare, and cautioned against politicising issues affecting people's lives in a global and civilised world.

Treason Charges: Abuja High Court Okays Sowore’s Detention For 45 Days In DSS Custody Pending Investigation

Francis Tayor

Abuja------- A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted the request by the Department of State Services (DSS) to further detain the convener of #RevolutionNow, Omoyele Sowore for 45 days pending the conclusion of its investigation.

Justice Taiwo Taiwo, in a ruling on Thursday on an ex-parte motion by the DSS, said e would allow the agency detain Sowore for 45 days in the first instance, which could be renewed upon and application, to enable the DSS complete its investigation.

In the motion ex-parte brought by the DSS, under Section 27 of the Terrorism Prevention Act, the agency accused Sowore of engaging in terrorism Act.

It tendered two digital video disks (DVD), which contained recording of Sowore’s meeting with Nnamdi Kanu (of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra – IPOB) and an interview where Sowore was said to have boasted that members of the equally proscribed Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) were going to join forces with him to bring down the Nigerian government.

Financial Fraud: Okowa In Trouble As Delta Rights Group Demands Stewardship Of #1.15 Trillion Received From Federation Account

Financial Fraud: Okowa In Trouble As Delta Rights Group Demands Stewardship Of #1.15 Trillion Received From Federation Account

Says Orubebe Was Right On Okowa Deliberate Marginalization Of Ijaw People In Delta State

Francis Tayor

Warri------- A foremost Niger Delta Human Rights group, under the aegis of Ijaw Development Exponents IDE, has challenged the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa to render stewardship to the people of Delta State, by giving full details of how he spent the wallowing sum of #1.15 Trillion Naira he has received so far from the Federation Account.

The group also corroborated the recent position of former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe stated that the Governor of Delta State, Dr.Ifeanyi Okowa is deliberately marginalizing the Ijaw people in terms of infrastructural development, as well as deprived from juicy appointment into his cabinet.

The group in a Press Statement signed by its Coordinator and Spokesman, Double Comrade.Timi Coleman FHNR, and Hon.Duduke Ebitimi frowned at the ungracious attitude of Governor Okowa towards the race that made him Governor of Delta State in 2015.

Speaking to our correspondent through the Spokesman, Hon Duduke Ebitimi, said Okowa is ungrateful and insensitive to Ijaw nation. Ordinary, he who much is given much is expected, but Okowa with his inordinate consciousness intend to change the age long adage of appreciation as a virtue of reciprocity, on reasons we will no more hesitate to unravel any means possible.

According to him said, " The build up to the 2015 Governorship Elections, it's an undisputable fact that the ljaw people he is neglecting are the instrumentalists to his victory. Nothing is so painful for someone you have worked so hard for to turn back at you. Ungrateful people always pretend to forget what they are not grateful for.  Making the ungrateful grateful will only bring tears to your eyes, tears of blood bleeding from the heart. In every class of society, gratitude is the rarest of all human virtues."

" It sound hilarious to us when people called him 'Road Master'. For us, Okowa is a 'Road Minor' because we see no meaningful road projects in the riverine Communities. As at may 2019 Okowa claimed to had embark on the construction of over 450 roads projects, stretching over 1.200 kilometres. How many of these roads are in Ijaw Communities ?

Pathetically he portioned less than 50 kilometres in the whole of ijaw land and the total sum of the roads is 2.5 kilometres Burutu concrete internal roads project, 20.29 kilometres, Obotobo 1/ Obotobo 11 to sokebolou in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State and the Okerenkoko Township road in Warri South west Local Government Area."

" Okowa claimed to have built and renovated 3,381 classrooms across the 25 local government areas in the state. How many classrooms are sited or renovated in Ijaw communities? Okowa is spending billions of naira to construct drainages in the state, how many drainage measures has he put in Ijaw communities? Our people are suffering from ravaging flood year in year out, erosion taking away our communities, yet Okowa does not care.  No good hospitals, no good drinking water, sanitation and hygienic services provided. Billions of naira are voted to construct bridges across the state but Okowa is purposely starving Ayakoromo bridge project with funds. How can he Okowa convince us that he is not oppose to Ijaw progress and development.

Another conspicuous antics Okowa is applying is to give worthless appointments to Ijaw people. Appointments that cannot bring any development to Ijaw nation. The erstwhile commissioners from Ijaw extraction thank God not because of successful tenure per se but free from neo oppression. They were not at liberty to execute their budgets. Rather Okowa prefer to run delta state affairs through his brother Hilary Ibegbulem."

" Absurdly, the current appointments can't give us the desire development. Okowa on his usual way has manipulated the DESOPADEC appointment to deny Ijaw her rightful position.
! Enough is Enough !, he stated."

However, the group has called on Governor Okowa to heed to the clarion call of Orubebe to immediately develop Ijaw Communities in his second term beginning. They further charged Okowa to give full account and details of how he spent #1.15 trillion naira the state received as well as its Internally Generated Revenue IGR. Okowa should tell Deltans how much of these monies are reflecting in the Ijaw communities of Burutu, Bomadi, Patani, Warri South West and Warri North local government areas respectively, the statement adds.

Destruction Of Illegal Crude Oil, Amb.Mulade Urges Delta State Govt To Provide Storage Facilities For Stolen Products, In Order To Protect Our Environment And The Economy

Destruction Of Illegal Crude Oil, Amb.Mulade Urges Delta State Govt To
Provide Storage Facilities For Stolen Products, In Order To Protect Our Environment And The Economy

Expresses Commitment To Partner Delta State Advocacy Committee

Francis Tayor

Warri ------ A Niger Delta based environmentalist and National Coordinator of Center for Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ) an NGO, Comrade Sheriff Mulade   has called on the Delta State Government to provide facilities to store illegally acquired crude oil and other petroleum products that are often seized and destroyed by security operatives in the Niger Delta Region.

Comrade Mulade made the call recently at Kokodiagbene Community, Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South-West Local Government Area of the State during an environment monitoring exercise by CEPEJ.

The environmentist noted that the quantity of crude oil emptied into the Delta State ecosystem through the destruction of illegally acquired petroleum products and crude, portends grave environmental and health hazards.

He lamented that the environment was being further destroyed by security operatives who burn boats loaded with illegally refined stolen crude oil and other petroleum products, describing crude oil destruction as a huge economic waste, as well as environmentally destructive with diverse consequences.

Comrade Mulade also claimed that statistics contained in Navy’s comprehensive analysis of its performance in the first half of 2019, showed that about 131,085.06 barrels of crude oil and 29,612,202 litres of illegally refined products valued at about N8.4 billion have been destroyed by the Nigerian Navy (NN) between January 2018 and June 2019.

He added that 227 illegal refineries, 2,688 storage facilities and 364 wooden boats were also destroyed, while 11 barges and 32 vessels were impounded.

In his words; " With this level of destruction, it is obvious that the Delta State Advocacy Committee against Vandalism of Oil and Gas Facilities led by the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon.Kingsley Otuaro needs a strong partnership with CEPEJ and many other relevant stakeholders towards achieving its vision and mission.

He ascerted that arrests made by security operatives was in line with the Nigeria Navy’s Anti-Crude Oil Theft (COT) and Joint Military Task Force, JTF efforts at curbing the activities of illegal refineries and other related activities. He stressed that security personnel do not have any option as what to do with the seized    products as they act based on directives.

The CEPEJ CEO said the Delta State Government has a robust option to convert the destructive venture into meaningful  and economic fortune of generating sustainable employment.

He said "The Delta State Government should expand its advocacy committee on vandalism of oil and gas facilities by collaborating with environmental right NGO, International oil companies and the Federal Government to urgently consider building a facility to store crude oil and illicitly acquired seized   petroleum products for properly channelling them to a refinery and save our environment.

He said it was important to tap the economic benefits of the oil being wasted and the resources being destroyed, if a modular refinery is in place to accommodate these products and refine them, the proceeds will mean a huge financial output for Deltans.

He disclosed that CEPEJ has a programme that was developed by experts to drastically halt illegal crude oil theft, Illegal bunkering, pipeline vandalism, saying that the programme is aimed at engaging the people.

He noted that when people in such oil rich region are economically helpless, their impulse to resort to illegal oil bunkering becomes the expressions of their collective unconsciousness.

Edo Assembly Crisis: Justice Taiwo Of FCT High Court Stops NASS From Taking Over Edo Assembly

Edo Assembly Crisis: Justice Taiwo Of FCT High Court Stops NASS From Taking Over Edo Assembly

Francis Tayor

Abuja------ The Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the National Assembly to halt its plan to take over the legislative functions of the Edo State House of Assembly.

Justice Taiwo Taiwo gave the order at the resumed hearing in the case filed by the Edo State Government, challenging the decision by the Senate and the House of Representatives to step in if the governor fails to send another proclamation letter for a fresh inauguration of the Edo Assembly.

Justice Taiwo on Wednesday, however, ordered the parties in the case to maintain status quo pending the determination of the case.

A federal high court sitting in Port Harcourt had earlier given an order restraining the Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki from issuing a fresh proclamation letter as directed by the Senate.

The court also restrained the clerk of the National Assembly, the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, their servants, agents, officers or privies from interfering or taking over the legislative functions of the Edo State House of Assembly.

The orders followed requests sought by the Deputy Speaker of the Edo House of Assembly, Honourable Yekini Idiaye; and the member representing Ikpoba-Okha Constituency in the Edo Assembly, Honourable Henry Okhuarobo.

Wild Makeup : Coleman Timi Advises Nigeria Girls To Be Milled, Says The Beauty Of A Woman Is Passion, Humility And Not Excess Makeup

Wild Makeup : Coleman Timi Advises Nigeria Girls To Be Milled, Says The Beauty Of A Woman Is Passion, Humility And Not Excess Makeup

Francis Tayor

A Delta born human rights activist cum socio-political critic, Comrade Timi Coleman has advised Nigeria girls, especially those indulged  in the business of excess makeup to desist and be milled in their makeover, stressing that the beauty of a woman is not by makeup, rather it is passion and humility that count.

According to Timi said; " it's high time we join hands together to help our girls in Nigeria from facial defamation. Our girls are taking makeup or makeover to another level. We hardly notice their true identity when they finishes painting.

It needs urgent attention! I met one of my sister in a party in warri and it took me 5minutes to recognize her. Some of these girls when they finishes their makeup with eyelashes, they look like pussycat, carton, sickler, image, deportees, artwork, etc. It's becoming an epidemic that a girl can take two or more hours to do only painting...

Don't get it twisted, I'm not against makeup per say but lighter or milled makeup will do to help cover up potholes in the face, pimples, acne scars, eczema, tumor, skin reaction, oily face among other blemishes.

Milled makeup can only make you look pretty on the outside but it doesn't help if you're ugly on the inside. The most beautiful makeup of a woman is passion and humility.

Nigeria girls save your identity, he stated."

Fake WAEC Result: Arrest President Buhari Now, Omokri Tells EFCC, Says Buhari Is A Yahoo President

Fake WAEC Result: Arrest President Buhari Now, Omokri Tells EFCC, Says Buhari Is A Yahoo President

Francis Tayor

A former Special Assistant to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, on New Media, Reno Omokri, has attacked President Buhari over the controversies surrounding his (Buhari) WAEC certificate, comparing him to Yahoo boys.

Omokri berated the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for being quick in arresting Yahoo boys who use fake pictures to deceive women in romance scams but overlooks Buhari, who, according to him, uses a picture to deceive Nigerians that he has a WAEC/GCE Certificate.

Omokri, who shared an image of President Buhari with his colleagues during his days at Cambridge School, wondered how the President could not preserve his WAEC certificate but was able to keep pictures.

Recall that a witness for the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in the presidential Election Petition Tribunal, Oshideinde Henry Sunday Adewumi, had affirmed that the Cambridge Assessment Education certified statement for President Muhammadu Buhari was not a certificate.

But the said result document obtained from Cambridge university in London was part of the total documents presented before the Tribunal as evidence to prove that Buhari is a true holder of West African Examination Council, WAEC.

Recall that since 2014 when Buhari became a major opposition to the then ruling party, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, there have been questions about his education qualification and the authenticity of his Senior Secondary School final result.

Omokri tweeted, “General @MBuhari, how come you were able to keep this PICTURE, but you were not able to keep your CERTIFICATE.

“What type of country is this? TERMITES ate the Chief Justice’s CERTIFICATE and a PICTURE represents the President’s CERTIFICATE! #BuhariIsAYahooMan.”

Comparing the President to the yahoo boys, the former presidential aide, added, “@OfficialEFCC arrests Yahoo boys who use fake pictures to deceive women in romance scams.

“But what about a Yahoo General who uses a picture to deceive Nigerians that he has a WAEC/GCE Certificate? General @MBuhari, where is your certificate?

#BuhariIsAYahooMan.”

Invest In Petroleum Industry, Not Ruga, N'Delta Leader Essien Nduese Tells Buhari

Invest In Petroleum Industry, Not Ruga, N'Delta Leader Essien Nduese Tells Buhari

...Says, Oil Coys laying off Contractors, Staff in N’Delta

Francis Tayor

ABUJA – Former Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Nduese Essien, has raised the alarm over what he termed the massive lay off of contractors and staff in the Niger Delta by oil producing companies.

Essien, a former member of the House of Representatives and now leader of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP Elders’ Forum in Akwa Ibom State, lamented that the Federal Government was setting wrong priorities for itself.

He lamented a situation whereby rather than appropriate funds for joint cash calls to the petroleum industry, the Government is making budgetary allocations for cattle rearing.

He said: “Disappointingly, when appropriation is being made for cattle rearing and monies promptly released, the joint cash calls to the petroleum industry is always suffering delayed payments.

“Currently, some petroleum industry operators have laid off some of their services contractors who have equally laid off their workers, thus compounding the unemployment situation.

“The National Assembly should as soon as possible, vire the provision for Ruga to other uses to clear itself of complicity in this scheme.”

On the allocation of N2.2 billion for the Ruga Cattle Settlement project, Essien said: “When we were thinking that the Federal Government had suspended the Ruga project, behold the Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters, Ita Enang, has just alerted the nation that a provision of N2.2 billion had already been made in the 2019 Federal Government Budget for the scheme and that money had always been spent on Ruga.

“He is also urging the State Governments particularly those in the Southern parts of the country to make land available for the smooth take off of the Ruga cattle settlement programme.

“The renewed desperation to force through this programme is becoming more worrisome to ardent followers of Nigerian history, development and politics.

“Firstly, why the sudden interest in cattle rearing in Nigeria when it is only an occupation to individuals in a section of the Country?

“Secondly, why the sudden upsurge in the population of cattle in Nigeria to the extent that the traditional threshold for cattle is no longer adequate to accommodate them and so colonies have to be established for them all over the Country including the rain forest belt? We are inclined to believe that there is a deliberate movement of cattle and its herders from other parts of Africa into Nigeria to account for the upsurge in cattle population.

“Thirdly, has cattle suddenly displaced oil as the mainstay of Nigeria’s economy? It’s unbelievable that a country which cannot provide the generality of citizens in existing settlements with housing, regular power supply, portable water, schools, good roads and primary health care now wants to create new settlements with such facilities for cattle and its herders all over the country.

“There certainly appears to be a lot more to the Ruga Scheme than we are made to know. Disappointingly, when appropriation is being made for cattle rearing and monies promptly released, the joint cash calls to the petroleum industry is always suffering delayed payments.

“In the ensuing scheme of economic development, we need to put our priorities right. We need to diversify the economy by investing surplus earnings from the oil sector in other areas. But we do not have to kill the petroleum industry by starving it of operating funds when due,” he added.

Buhari The Greatest Leader From Northern Nigeria After Uthman Dan Fodio, Says Kurunmi Kakanfo

Buhari The Greatest Leader From Northern Nigeria After Uthman Dan Fodio, Says Kurunmi Kakanfo

Francis Tayor

You can call General Muhammadu Buhari all sort of names what I can assure you that his popularity is increasing all over core Northern Nigeria and across the sahel region of West Africa.

The Fulani with the brainwashed Hausa vassals will fight and die for him. General Buhari is one of the most intelligent and courageous leader the fulani controlled territory has ever produced.

He is always two steps ahead of his distractors and he understands history, power and what it takes to build a civilization.

General Buhari understands that there is nothing called One Nigeria in any sense, it is only an opportunity for his Nomadic fulani kinsmen to survive and build a Fulani country using the sweat and wealth of others legally or illegally under the guise of patriotism and humanity.

He understands that the South and Middle belt are treacherous and can be used against each other. For the records Fulanis Semitic people who are from the Arab stock. Fulanis don't see black Africans as equals and we will never be seen as equals.

Fulanis are masters of deceit, Chaos, they understand how to take control of anarchy to further their interests. They are united in crime and good deeds. They know when to sue for peace and when to crush their enemies.

They staged a revolution using the Hausa peasants to destroy Hausa kingdoms and take over lands and kingdoms of the Hausas.

They also staged a revolution in Oyo empire by conniving with a Yoruba general Afonja together with some Yoruba peasants.

They took over power in Nigeria by using the middle belt Generals to launch a counter coup against the Igbo dominated first republic in order to consolidate their grip on other ethnic groups in Nigeria. They understand power, unity and they are master stategists.

Buhari has appointed strictly minority Fulani as security chiefs in an heterogeneous country like Nigeria. He has built Baro water port for the North.

He has approved the building of modern railway from Nigeria to Maradi in Niger Republic in order to integrate the economy of his kinsmen in the sahel.

He has also approved the building of oil Refinery in his hometown in Katsina where there is no barrel of crude oil.

Go to Federal ministries in Abuja, almost all the ministries have been dominated from top to bottom with fulani youths who went to university through the quota system while their southern counterparts with First class are in cyber Cafe looking for scholarship opportunities to flee the feudal contraption called Nigeria.

NNPC, CBN and NPA workforce are dominated by the fulanis. They are in all the lucrative and juicy positions across Nigeria.

In the next 30years, they will continue to be permanent secretaries in the federal Civil service. The Sharia infested Decree is a Northern constitution and for the first time a Sharia lawyer is now the chief Justice.

He is decimating the Shiites and empowering the Sunnis. He is buying up traditional rulers all over the south while killing, maiming and detaining southern freedom fighters.

He doesn't want to hear anything like true federalism or restructuring and he is hell bent in creating pure Fulani local government areas for his fulani kinsmen all over Southern Nigeria in a bid to destroy the internal ethnic cohesion of the southern Nigeria. To do this the northern borders are even more open, his fulani kinsmen has mercenaries to glue the Nigerian nation under the Sokoto Caliphate.

As we speak he has used Oil money from the south to establish Fulani radio for the fulanis, which is something that has never happened before.

Thousands of southerners and Middle belterns have been wiped out by the the ongoing Fulani genocide and not a single fulani man has been arrested or prosecuted. Buhari shows no remorse for his fulanocentric policies and continues to March on to decimate his percieved enemies.

Buhari understands power and he has done what no fulani man in post colonial times can do for his people. He knows that southern political elites think along party lines while the fulani elites think along ethnic lines. He knows southerners are treacherous, corrupt and saboteurs and he is using that weakness with ruthless wisdom.

If you are a Yoruba, Edo , Igbo, Tiv, , Efik etc and after reading this article with all these open facts you are still shouting One Nigeria or still screaming APC or PDP under the present 1999 Military Decree then you need to be shot at sight because you are a danger to humanity and your race.

God bless Oduduwa Republic.
