PAP Administrator Otuaro to Grace IYC Spokesman's Office Unveiling in Warri

Warri ____ Administrator of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro will on Saturday 22nd of June 2024 grace the unveiling ceremony of the Spokesman Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) office in Warri, Delta State. 

Amb. Binebai Yerin Princewill, Spokesman Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) dropped the hint to newsmen in Warri earlier today in Warri.

According to Binebai, he said arrangements toward hosting as many as possible dignitaries is on top gear as he is giving a finishing touch to the office. 

Speaking further, Princewill maintained that unveiling of the Spokesman's office annex will add more value to council.
