Commander Biggy Throws Weight Behind Otuaro, Urges him not to be Distracted by Critiques

A renowned ex- Niger Delta agitator, Alaowei Ebi Wilson Pinapinawei popularly known as Commander Biggy has thrown his weight behind the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief. Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, urging him to be focused on his reform Agenda by restructuring the program to the ideals of its establishment.

Commander Biggy in a statement released on Monday in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital, charged Dr. Dennis Otuaro not to be distracted by any criticism, stressing that he is doing wonderfully well so far in the past three months of assuming office.

He noted that Dennis Otuaro is a son of the soil and hence, he have the key to open the door of progress for all the Niger Delta ex-agitators to benefit from the Amnesty Programme without stress. He therefore, appealed to Niger Deltans to support him, adding that Otuaro will not disappoint them as a product of the struggle.

I, Hon. Ebi Pinapinawei alias Commander Biggy hereby expressed my unwavering support for Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). Despite been criticized by many, I firmly believe that Dr. Dennis Otuaro is the perfect man fit for this critical task at the PAP.

" As a son of the soil, Dr. Dennis Otuaro has an intimate understanding of the challenges faced by the Ijaw community. His involvement in the Ijaw struggle from day one has equipped him with the necessary expertise to navigate the complexities of this position".

" I urge Dr.Dennis Otuaro to remain focused on his duties and ignore the baseless criticisms. His dedication to responsibility and accomplishment in just a few months at the PAP is evident and testament of his capabilities".
