Warri ______ Leader of Emadaja Camp and the National Secretary of the Presidential Amnesty Phase 2 Generals, Gen. Abraham Vwaghie popularly known as father 1, has appreciated the Special Adviser and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief. Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro for restructuring the amnesty office to the ideals of its establishment by former president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, late President Musa Yarad'ua of blessed memory.
Gen Vwaghie made the statement on Saturday in Abuja following the peaceful Camp leaders meeting with the Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Otuaro.
He described Otuaro as a servant leader with listening ear, accessible and meant well for the well being of the ex-agitators of the Niger Delta.
He noted that Otuaro have understating of the Presidential Amnesty Programme and he is doing his best to address the contending issues one after the other, while calling on ex-agitators and other critical stakeholders of the Niger Delta region to support him to succeed.
Gen. Vwaghie further thanked the head of peace building in the Amnesty Office, Comrade Adams Marbo Diplomat for his proactive approach in engaging the ex-agitators one on one to address their problems, adding that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu made the right choice for appointing Otuaro to head the office.
He however, appealed to aggrieved amnesty beneficiaries who took matters to court to withdraw their litigations over BVN, adding that Dennis Otuaro will address every pending issues amicably in the shortest possible time.
