Delta Agenda Group, DAG to hold Inaugural meeting February 15, in Warri, invites interested public to attend

A a Delta patriotic pressure group or organization  by a coalition of individuals and organizations  to promote good  governance and socio-economic development of Delta State also known  as DELTA AGENDA GROUP FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE (DAG) is   set to hold an inaugural meeting in Warri on the 15th of February at Godspenal International Conference Hall ,Ogunu by 12:30 PM. 

According to the Director General of the group, Amb. Hon. Tamsokunbiri Mmd, during a media chat with press on Friday Morning,  Delta Agenda Group for Good Governance DAG is committed to engage the government of the day to make Delta State a model of sustainable development, peace and prosperity where citizens enjoy equitable access to resources,  opportunities and social services where the state's cultural heritage and natural resources are preserved for future generations. 
In the same vain, the National Secretary of Delta Agenda Group, Comrade Preye Joseph CPJ also noted that, membership of Delta Agenda Group is open to every well meaning deltans across political parties to advocate socioeconomic development through engagement and collaboration with relevant stakeholders and agencies to ensure that state's resources are harnessed and utilized for all round development of the state.

"Delta Agenda Group Group for Good Governance, Advocate for transparency, accountability, and effective governance in Delta State.

"We will continue to  Push for the development of critical infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, and public buildings across Delta State, 

" We will introduce support initiatives that promote economic growth, job creation, and poverty reduction.

"We will continue to engage relevant stakeholders to foster a sense of unity and cooperation among Delta State indigenes, regardless of ethnic or political affiliations", Preye added.
