Egrangbene Community mourn passage of Pa Clark, says his death is a monumental loss to ljaw nation

Egrangbene Community in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State has sent a condolence message to the Fuludu Bekederemo family of Kiagbodo Town on the passing of elder statesman and ljaw National Leader, Chief Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, describing his death as a monumental loss to ljaw nation in particular and Niger Delta at large.

In a statement signed by the Chairman of Egrangbene Community, Mr. Peres Kareyebo noted that pa Clark lived a well fulfilled life in serving ljaw nation and Nigeria at large.

He eulogized pa Clark's unwavering dedication in the fight against injustice, oppression and marginalization of the Niger Delta minority ethnic tribes by the Nigeria federal government and multinational oil companies, say ljaw nation and Niger Delta has loss a Colossus.

He pray God to give the children fortitude to bear the devastating loss of the patriarch of the Fuludu Bekederemo family, adding that papa lived the best of his life in serving humanity, and passed on at the ripeful age of 97,  leaving a great legacy behind the current and next generation to follow.
